So… the philosophic argument goes…”If God were to make himself completely obvious we would loose our ability of free choice”, which I guess I would agree with.
Free choice/will seems to be the bedrock of the “Biblical” character of God. But…You can’t have free choice/free will without some consequences like pain, suffering, loss and so on at the hands of those exercising their free will. To a degree that answers the question as to why God would not interviewee more often. If God were to intervene more often it would be subverting the free will of the individual…no?
Yet many claim miracles at the drop of a hat…
What are rules for miracles in the Bible? It seems that the Bible is all over the place one this and so are many believers.
